RFP Roof Replacement for Fire Department

INVITATION TO BID

FIRE DEPARTMENT ROOFING REPLACEMENT

 

The Town of Woolwich is seeking bids to supply and install a new roof at the Woolwich Fire Department Building and a portion of the Town Office building located at 13 Nequasset Rd.  Bids are to be in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Woolwich Fire Department Roof Bid” and are due March 1st, 2024 by 1:00 PM.  Bids will be opened at the March 6th, 2024 Select Board meeting at 5:00 PM and read aloud.  A pre-bid meeting will be held on February 21st at 4:00 Pm at the Town Office to discuss work expectations and questions. Final award of the bid will take place no later than March 6th, 2024.  Bid specifications are available at the Woolwich Town Office, the Town Website, and on Maine Municipal Association.

The Town of Woolwich reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all bids.   All proposals should be submitted to the Woolwich Town Administrator at 13 Nequasset Rd, Woolwich, ME   04579.  Questions regarding the project may be directed to Town Administrator, Kim Dalton at 207-442-7094.
