If you or a loved one might need assistance because of a medical, functional need, or mobility issue during a severe storm, extended power outage, or other emergency, please fill out the form below to be added to our database. If and when applicable emergency situations arise, our volunteer team will check on you and see if you or they are in need of assistance. This information will be maintained in strict confidence by Woolwich Public Safety personnel. Emergency Assistance is provided by volunteers on a best-effort basis, and cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.
